Menu items include a prosciutto crostini plate, a sweet potato soup and kale tart, a warmed beet and goat cheese salad with smoked trout, a bacon and apple stuffed pork loin and cherry cheesecake. It’s $60 per person, with tables available for both couples and groups.

There’s also a three-course dinner at Wallace’s Country Life Center on Saturday at 5 p.m. The $50 price includes a reserved ticket to the 7 p.m. Two on Tap entertainment show at the Warren Cultural Center in Greenfield.

Tassel Ridge Winery – Tassel Ridge, located in Leighton, southeast of Pella, is hosting two special dinners Friday and Saturday. The Feb. 14 dinner swaps steak Oscar for prime rib. Tickets for each dinner are $50 per person.

In addition, each Saturday and Sunday in February, Tassel Ridge is hosting a wine and chocolate pairing: four wines and four chocolates from Chocolaterie Stam for $10 per person.
