“Reminiscent of the hues that surround us in nature, our Spring 2017 Fashion Color Report evokes a spectrum of emotion and feeling,” said Leatrice Eiseman, Executive Director of the Pantone Color Institute. Niagara is no exception. It’s the muted, moody companion of Island Paradise. It transports us to the roaring Niagara Falls, making it easy to picture in any coastal style living space. Pantone Niagara Color
Like any shade of blue, Niagara emits feelings of calmness and relaxation. “Comfortable and dependable, Niagara leads the Pantone Fashion Color Report as the most prevalent color for spring 2017,” says Laurie Pressman, Vice-President of the Pantone Color Institute.
A calming addition to Pantone’s spring palette, it brings to mind ocean waves or a meadow of Forget-Me-Nots. Create a tranquil ambiance in your home with this toned-down shade. You can balance out Niagara’s cool undertone with the warmth of Greenery or complement it with Niagara’s lighter companion, Island Paradise.
